How does it work?

Purchase MeddoSure online and your benefits will be automatically applied to your transaction. Your membership is linked to your registered phone number and your Meddo app. This will be used in our clinics to apply your benefits on the spot, or to automatically apply your benefits to home healthcare services. All the details about your MeddoSure plan is available on the Membership and MyCare section of the Meddo platform.

How do I choose the best plan for me?

MeddoSure plans offer discounts on diagnostics, doctor consultation and medicines for different prices and duration. It is advisable for the patients to compare the sub offers and choose the plan in accordance to their medical history and usage. What if my doctor’s consultation fee is less than Rs. 500 ?

Under Rs. 500, your doctor’s consultation online or in-clinic is free with MeddoSure

What if my doctor’s consultation fee is more than Rs. 500 ?

All consultations are free up to Rs. 500 per consultation during the duration of your plan. Above Rs. 500, you only pay the balance amount. Ex. If the consultation charges are Rs. 650, the patient must only pay Rs. 150 to the doctor with MeddoSure. Enjoy flat Rs. 500 off every time.

Can I get free consultations in every department and specialty?

How are the lab tests conducted? Are they available in all the cities?

How do I know how much of my MeddoSure plan is remaining?

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Ideally, once you have started to avail the offers from your MeddoSure membership account, you cannot cancel the plan. However, we will still try to help you to the best of our ability so you can send your query at contact@meddo.in with your request.
